MerogDesign guarentees your full satisfaction or your money back. There is $10 administration fee for all your refunds.
The refund policy will NOT take effect in any of the following events-
1. If you have approved your desin
2. If you ordered a special package
3. If work was commenced on one of your samples and 1 or more changes were made a your request
4. If the party for whom the design is being created closes, or changes its name or changes its activity
5. If the project was cancelled for reasons unrelated to the design of MerogDesign.com
6. If you donot communicate with designer of MerogDesign for more than 3 months following the submission of the initial concepts of the design
7. If any other design companies were hired to wrk on the same design project at the same time.
As MerogDesign is a newborn baby, only 'paypal' refund is available. The refunded money will credited back to your 'paypal' account within 6 business days. know more about Paypal.
When you order a design, we need to know your name, your company's name, your email address and your mailing address. This enables us to process and complete your order and to communicate with you about the status of the project.
We also ask some ionformation about your company in order to create a unique and exclussive creative concept for the design. All the rights to the artwork of the design and the design we create at the request of a client, belong to such client.
All the rights of the design and artwork of the design MerogDesign has created and designed for a specific client belong to the client for which it was designed. MerogDesign doesnot hold any rights to the design created for a client.
MerogDesign does not file a trademark application with respect to the designs created for its client. The client is free to register as a trademark the design created for it by MerogDesign.
As a part of fulfledged submission, we submit the graphic design in different color modes such as RGB, CMYK. When you are approving the graphic design on the computer monitor, you are only approving RGB colors. Computer screens can only produce RB colors and only simulates other color modes. We do our best to match RGB colors to CMYK, but it is physically impossible to find an exact match. When we convert yuor files into different color modes (CMYK), we hold NO responsibility for matching exactly your approved RGB colors. It is the client's responsibility to double check and make sure the printer gets the right color.
The general delivery time line for the inetial design concept is 3 business days (Business days are Monday to Friday and doesnot include Saturday and Sunday). Every following change will be delivered in 1-2 business days. More complex changes or redraws may be delivered within 5 business days (depending on the complexity of work). All redraw deadlines are determined by the reciept of all necessary informatin prataining to the redesigning of the design.
MerogDesign will provide all font names used in the design process. MerogDesign desnot provide the actual font files. MerogDesign warrants that its designs are of its own creation and or not copied from or inspired by existing designs or trade marks but does not warrant that a design the same as or similar to designed by it, but of which it was not aware at the time of its creation, doesnot exist.
If some coincidential reasons a logo designed or webskin designed by MerogDesign look identical to another party's design, MerogDesign provides a free redraw session with newset of initial concepts.
Any idea or supporting image by the client: Sketch, copy, fax, file that MerogDesign is asked to use in the logo design process removes its responcibility from anycopyright violation or warrenties. In such circumstances, MerogDesign cannot guarentee the originality of its work and therefore will not be held liable for any damages or violation.
MerogDesign is hosted in secure servers and will take all appropriate precautions to safegaurd the data contained within, however MerogDesign will not be held responsible for any loss of client data stored or intended to be stored on the servers and on back-up devices.
The client will not be entitled to any form of compensation from MerogDesign in the event of loss of data, therefore it is recommended that the client also takes stpes to back up his/her design materials.
MerogDesign makes changes to the website and information provided, i.e. publications, prices, technical specifications, promotions and products offering at anytime and without notice.
